Who Am I?

Technically I am a freelance technical writer who specializes in assisting small companies and individual entrepreneurs with their technical documentation needs. Many a small business needs the expertise of a technical writer but cannot afford to hire one full time. This provides an excellent opportunity for the freelancer, of which I am one. More than Just a Freelance Site

Over the course of time this website has begun to develop into something a lot more than just freelance writing. Now I find myself focusing on self-improvement. But not just self-improvement, how politics and government policies are actually hindering self-reliance and self-determination. We are becoming a nanny state filled with little children who never knew how to grow up.

But some of us really are in a bind when it comes to self-determination. I read an article from the New York Times (who actually got it right) about the "near poor." These are individuals who are down but don't rely on government handouts or subsidies. These individuals are just one paycheck away from financial disaster and continue to struggle with the day-to-day living nightmare we find ourselves in. I count myself in this group.

To help overcome this bind I point out, in various articles and blog post, just how government policies are hindering the American spirit, pushing individuals down into moments of despair and hopelessness. This website is focused on this group of individuals, to encourage them and to never give up.

In addition to enhancing self-determination and self-reliance this site covers the following areas:

The Travel menu takes you not only to the airlines, hotels and so forth but also to our own travel section where we share with you our own travel experiences. Most of our experiences have been good but occasionally... well it could have been better.

Under the Entertainment menu you will find links to various types of recreation, maybe even some articles if I ever decide to write them. This is one of those sections that will constantly change so you need to check back often.

Under Reference you will find links to various cities, Government, and news, just to name a few.

Under Conventions you will find links to various types of conventions and trade shows around the country.

It is my goal to make this website a place for encouragement, accountability, and just plain fun with unique pages you may not be aware of. Since I am constantly updating the site, I encourage you to check back often to see what new and zany things I have come up with.

You can change your life, your destiny, and your bank account if you desire to. It is my goal to write articles to help you think, and when you quit listening to the government spin machine and think about how powerful you actually are, you may just surprise yourself.
